Service After the Sale

We are here to serve you.  If you use these practical tips, you will get the most expedient service.  If you are not satisfied after following proper procedure, feel free to contact us.  We are here to help you.

Stayco Construction employs many subcontractors who are specialists in their trade.  Their partnership allows us to provide you with a home of the finest quality.  If you need service on your home after you have moved-in, please contact the trade contractor directly who was responsible for the part of your home that needs to be serviced.  This allows you to communicate directly with the trade contractor about the issue and it allows you to coordinate your schedule directly to make an appointment for the work.  Please refer to your list of trade contractors that worked on your home to determine who to call.

If the trade contractor does not respond satisfactorily, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.  Also, feel free to contact us if you cannot determine who to call about a service issue.

Warranty

Stayco Construction provides a one-year warranty that covers functional and cosmetic defects.  Please refer to the warranty in your contract for complete details.  A component of your home may be covered under a manufacturer's warranty even if our one-year warranty has expired.  Feel free to contact us if you have any issue with your home that needs to be addressed.  We may be able to put you in contact with a manufacturer's service representative to help you resolve an issue with a manufacturer's component.
