At Stayco Construction, Inc., we have a qualified building designer to help bring a client's dream home into reality. Michael Stayman is a Certified Professional Building Designer, ready to assist clients in creating their ideal home. Healthy allowances are built into the price quote to allow homeowners to select quality building products while controlling costs. At the same time, our owners serve as project managers, spending much of the construction time on the job site, assuring a high level of quality control. All work is coordinated through us, as we are the general contractor. This allows the client to have all of their questions answered and issues handled directly by our people. In short, we provide a complete turnkey project, even providing such services as excavating, water and sewer hookups, lawn seeding, landscaping and more.

Among them is greater participation in the design process, greater consistency of service, and greater efficiency through the combined design and construction experience of a working team.
